We warmly welcome you to our half-farmhouse from 1890 in the beautiful village of Warder in North Holland. You will stay in a room on the upper floor where the old beams of the original “square” are clearly visible. This creates a cozy atmosphere. You can enjoy the sweeping view over the fields and the dike of the Markermeer. With a little luck, the cows and sheep will be out in the fields. Behind the dike of the Markermeer, you can see the sails of the boats just peeking out above it.
In short, you are getting away from it all for a while.
Who we are
We, Tineke and Kees, run our B&B Vivre with great pleasure and love.
We moved to the beautiful village of Warder on the Markermeer in 2016. In January 2025, we retired from our jobs and now have all the time to pamper you as our guest. We enjoy it when you enjoy yourself as a guest!!!
Tineke spoils you daily with a delicious and varied breakfast. You can enjoy our wellness facilities, sauna and jacuzzi, in the beautiful garden that Kees maintains with great care. The surroundings are beautiful, and we are always ready to assist you with tips regarding car, bicycle, and walking routes. We welcome all guests to our B&B and strive for an optimal, cozy, and relaxing stay so that you leave with the “VIVRE” feeling.

Rooms
The rooms are light and spacious and exude an atmosphere of coziness. You will sleep on a wonderful box spring, and if there are three of you or if you prefer to sleep separately, there is also a comfortable sofa bed. You can watch TV from the sofa, but this is also possible from bed.
Adjacent to your room, you step into the luxurious bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. You can enjoy the beautiful view even while showering.
In the morning, we provide an extensive breakfast featuring various regional products. We will place the breakfast for you just around the corner from the door on the landing.
Sauna and Jacuzzi
Want to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life for a while?
We have a sauna and Jacuzzi especially for our guests! Unwind and enjoy the view. Relax in the Jacuzzi overlooking the polder or blow off steam in our sauna. Completely private, undisturbed by others.
Location
Warder is situated along the Markermeer, in North Holland. It is an oasis of peace and space, but is also a central location for visiting charming places such as Hoorn, Purmerend, Alkmaar, Edam, Volendam, and Monnickendam.
From Edam, where you can park for free, you can reach the heart of Amsterdam by bus in half an hour. From Warder, you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides to appreciate the beautiful nature. The cycling and walking routes are countless. Warder is situated in the middle of the Zeevang nature reserve, well known for the diverse birds that breed here.
